This newsletter is brought to you by your volunteer Board of Directors and is filled with Valentine’s hearts, family day fun & good energy for a safe return to the gym!

General Overview + Board Updates

There has been a decision to delay launch of food fundraiser for a time when province wide lockdown has been lifted for health and safety. We appreciate your support when we are able to resume this fundraiser.

Reminder: The Bottle Drop off is postponed until May 2021. Please consider saving your bottles until then and enjoy all the beverages our local Niagara wineries, breweries, cideries and distilleries have to offer!

A short note to thank our office team and coaches for all they have been doing to keep athletes muscles active and the positive Energy flowing. Due to ongoing lockdown, the board is supporting Energy operations while we have had to lay off staff. If you have any questions or comments or information that could help the gym please email the board:

Health & Safety

With the support of the Red Cross Grant we were able to purchase a Fogger for cleaning & disinfection.

MAG Judges tested the new scoring system (KSIS) and the protocols to be used in the virtual competition. It all went well and “virtual judging” works.

Virtual Competitions | POSTPONED – with the province-wide lockdown. The MAG virtual competitions are now postponed until March or April 2021 or when possible. We will keep everyone updated as the news comes in.
