Our Board of Directors is a voluntary commitment made of members in good standing who are voted in by the membership. The role of the board is to ensure transparency, fiscal responsibility and maintain our status under the Province of Ontario’s Not For Profit Board Management Guidelines.

Monthly Meeting of the Board of Directors
The board meets monthly on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm. Members that wish to attend the meeting can do so through Zoom. They will be able to observe and listen to the meeting and can ask questions or offer suggestions about the agenda items through the Zoom platform.
Members that wish to add an item to the monthly agenda can email their request to email@example.com no later than five days in advance of the monthly meeting. The Chair will contact you to confirm your item has been added and will discuss the process for attending to speak to your agenda item. Please email the board for the Zoom ID, if planning to attend.
