Fall 2025 Coach In Training Program

Registration is now open!

Our Fall CIT Program will begin with 2 days of in-class training on the following dates:

Saturday August 23rd from 1:30-5:30pm

Friday September 5th from 4:00-8:00pm

Folllowing the in class dates, CIT’s will be required to complete 9 weeks of on the floor training.

HomOur gymnastics club has proudly served the community for more than half a century, offering a legacy of strength, skill, and confidence. We provide competitive programs in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG), Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG), and Rhythmic Gymnastics, guided by experienced coaches committed to athlete development at every level.

From toddlers as young as 18 months to adults seeking fitness and fun, our wide range of recreational classes makes gymnastics accessible for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re aiming for competition or just flipping for fun, there’s a place for you here!

For athletes looking for greater challenges and skill development we offer compulsory Provincial Men’s, Women’s Artistic and Rhythmic competitive teams ages 6+. Competitive gymnastics is by invitation.

Birthday Parties

Make your child’s birthday unforgettable with a high-energy gymnastics party at our facility! Our fun-filled parties include exclusive gym time with obstacle courses, trampolines, games, and more—led by our enthusiastic and experienced coaches. After all the action, enjoy refreshments and cake in our decorated party area. Leave the mess to us and focus on the fun! Perfect for kids of all ages and skill levels.

Our Facility

Our gym moved to our existing facility in 2017 with 22,000 sq ft of space for gymnastics.

We are located in the heart of the Niagara region at 333 Ontario St. St Catharines. Our facility boasts 2 trampolines, a foam pit, uneven and parallel bars, balance beams, large climbing ropes, a fantastic rock wall for climbing, a spring floor with tumbling equipment and more!

It is a fantastic facility that will continue to improve to ensure the best possible gymnastics experience.
