FAQs

How do I register?

Our registration is done through our new online registration software – Jackrabbit. You must create an account and verify your email address for the registration to begin.

Once your account is set-up in your name, you then must add your athlete(s), their gender & birthdate.

Don’t forget to include your contact information as well. This includes your Name, Phone Number, Email & Home Address.

Without this important information – you will not be able to register for classes.

If you have any questions once an account has been made, feel free to give us a call.

How do I know which class to register my athlete in?

Throughout each session, coaches will be skill testing each of their athletes. Before the next sessions schedule is released, be sure to check your Jackrabbit account to see if your athlete has passed the next levels and is ready to move up – or to stay in their current program.

New to the gym?
Register for any of our beginner classes that fall within your athlete’s age. Or, call our office to inquire.

What is the Gymnastics Ontario fee?

The Gymnastics Ontario (GO) fee is an annual insurance fee that all athletes and coaches must be registered under in order to be covered under Gymnastics Ontario’s insurance policies.

This $40 fee covers you from July 1st – June 30th and must be current in order to participate.

What should my athlete wear to the gym?

Athletes are encouraged to wear gym suits but may wear shorts or leggings with a form fitting tank top or t-shirt. Athletes are discouraged to wear baggy clothing that may get caught or expose an athlete.

All hair past shoulder length must be tied back and jewelry is not permitted. Athletes may be bare footed or wear socks. Shoes are not permitted.
